Our Commitment
Ravello Holdings integrates sustainability into every level of its residential developments, from overall community planning to the construction of individual homes.
Ravello emphasizes practical, high-performance design rooted in Passive House principles—a building approach that prioritizes an efficient building envelope, continuous insulation, airtight construction, high-performance windows, locally sourced materials, and reduced energy demand through passive design strategies.
Efficiency through Design
Energy efficiency is central to Ravello’s strategy. Our new homes feature all-electric appliances, Energy Star–compliant construction specifications, and designs that exceed state and local energy standards, including California Energy Smart, BUILD, Electric Homes, Title-24 and CALGreen programs.
Homes for the Future
Select projects incorporate on-site solar production and battery storage, and Ravello has already achieved zero-energy performance on two developments. Future-focused infrastructure is also included, with EV-charging-ready homes and dedicated community charging spaces planned across multiple projects.
At Ravello, we pioneer resource conservation and healthier building practices. Construction waste is recycled, water-efficient plumbing fixtures are installed in compliance with local ordinances such as MWELO, and landscaping materials are often locally sourced. To support occupant health and indoor air quality, low-VOC paints, adhesives, and sealants are used throughout construction.
Together, these measures reflect Ravello Holdings’ commitment to building durable, efficient, and environmentally responsible communities without relying on sustainability as a marketing label, but as a core design and construction standard.
